3- person scramble. Maximum handicap for men is 24; women is 36.15% of the total sum of each team member's handicap will determine the team handicap.

DINNER SPONSOR: $4,000 includes

LUNCH SPONSOR: $3,000 includes

• ONE 3-person team, signage at lunch and on a sponsored Tee, logo on printed material 

TEE SPONSOR: $1,000 includes

• ONE 3-person team and signage on a sponsored Tee

SNACK SPONSOR: $1,000 includes

• Signage on a sponsored Tee and logo on printed material. (NO team) 

TEE SIGNAGE ONLY: $500 includes

• Signage on a sponsored Tee. (NO team)

• GOLF ONLY: $850 / Team (3-person team) or $325 / Individual player
• Entry fee includes green fee, lunch bento, dinner, snacks, and libations on the course and more. Each golfer will be given (1) door prize ticket. Additional tickets are available for $10/ticket or $20/ 3 tickets at check-in.

Don’t Golf?  That’s OK as we are seeking volunteers 21 years of age and older for the day of the tournament to assist with Registration & Golf Cart Set Up, Hole Contests  and Refreshment Distribution. 

We will provide the lunch, refreshments and dinner.  This is a great way to network and meet all of the participants. 

• Volunteers must commit to designated time slots.  
• Feel free to stay for more than one shift.
• We will provide the lunch, refreshments and a seat at the dinner.  
• Represent by wearing your company’s logo shirt.  
• Please do not wear tank tops or swimwear on the course.

SET UP & REGISTRATION (Da Morning Crew) 8:00 am – 12:00 noon

• We need 15 - 20 people for the morning shift
• Must be at the Hawaii Prince Golf Club by no later than 8:00 am
• We can expect the golfers to start coming to the course before 10:00 am.
• Golfers will start registering at 10:30 am & Shotgun is at 11:30 am
• Assistance needed to
  • Pack & distribute the swag bag for the golfers on the carts as well as any last-minute registration packet
  • stuffing of information before the golfers arrive.
  • Greet golfers as they arrive and direct them to the registration table
  • Help to sell the EPIC PACKAGE - 10 Lucky Number Ticket, 2 Mulligans, Entry to play the added games on
  • course

ON THE COURSE (Da First Shift) 10:30 am – 2:30 pm

• Must be at the Hawaii Price Golf Club no later than 10:30 am
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Because you will be outside, you may want to bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat and snacks
• This is a great way to network and meet all of the participants
• A golf cart will be provided
• Assistance needed to:
  • Help distribute and serve liquid refreshments and snacks to the RMH golfers
  • Watch and confirm winners of the game holes

ON THE COURSE (Da Second Shift) 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

• Must be at the Hawaii Price Golf Club no later than 2:00 pm
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Because you will be outside, you may want to bring sunglasses, a hat and snacks
• This is a great way to network and meet all of the participants
• A golf cart will be provided
• Assistance needed to:
  • Help distribute and serve liquid refreshments and snacks to the RMH golfers
  • Watch and confirm winners of the game holes
